About TwoChop

What is TwoChop?

TwoChop is a different online games company. We don’t create games. We create the game templates that enable you to turn your content into games. Our game templates take content like images, text, and music and make them fun.

What are game templates?

Game templates are basic building blocks that require your content to become full games.

What games templates are available?

All the game templates that are available now are on our template page. More are coming.

Who is TwoChop made for?

Everybody! Whether you are someone who likes to create and share games with friends and family, a blogger or site owner who wants to increase your traffic, or an enterprise looking to increase engagement with your audience, TwoChop will become your BFF!

Getting Started

How do I sign up for TwoChop?

You have the options of signing up for TwoChop with your Facebook and Twitter logins. Or you could use our native sign up form. Provide your name, email address, and desired password. There is a “word in the box” (ie, Captchas) that you will have to type in. This is just to make sure that you are not a robot or alien trying to invade Earth.

How do I create a game?

Start by selecting the type of content you want to gamify and then pick a game template.

How long will it take to create a game?

Some game templates literally take seconds and some take longer. It depends on the game template and how you want to customize it.

Does it cost money to use TwoChop?

We are just code monkeys working for bananas. Bananas are cheap right now. So TwoChop is a free service.

I would like to embed the game I created to my own site. What do I need to do?

It is quite painless. You don’t even need help from a friendly tech ninja. If you can cut and paste, you can embed our games. Click on the “Embed Game” button below a game page. A dialog box would appear with a short javascript code snippet. Cut and paste the javascript code to where you want the game to be. When you embed a TwoChop game, you place a small TwoChop Play button on to a webpage of your choice.

Individual Game-Creators

I created my first game. Can I share it with my friends?

Of course! Games are more fun with friends. You could share the game with them by sending a unique URL link that is created for every game on TwoChop.com. Just look for the “Share” button on the bottom of every game page.

What more can I do with the games I created?

You can hosts competitions with the games you create and invite friends to join the challenge. Watch them scramble to answer questions you authored or piece together puzzles you created.

Bloggers / Website Owners

I have my own site. What are the benefits of embedding my games?

Embedding games allows you to add fun to your site. You could add a unique game to every webpage. Add a set of trivia questions to one page, a different set to another page, and change things up by adding a picture puzzle to the third page. The best of all, your users don’t ever have to come back to TwoChop to play your games.

Enterprises

Do you have an enterprise solution?

For large sites, we offer an enterprise solution where we would customize our games and services for your site. Email biz@twochop.com to learn more.

More Support

I just tried embedding the game, it doesn’t work. Help!

Your site must take javascript code. Some site creation services like Google Sites and Wordpress.com won’t allow users to insert javascript code. We have gotten our service to work on a few site platform services like Blogger / Blogspot. If you are hosting your own blog or site (even a Wordpress site), chances are you could embed our games. Make sure you are editing in HMTL mode. Once you are in HMTL mode, it is basically a cut and paste. If you need more help, please visit our detailed support page (support.twochop.com).

This help section is all great, but I need help with a specific game template. Where can I go?

For support on specific game templates, go to support.twochop.com.

I have great idea for a game that would work with TwoChop. Could I get it to your platform?

Yes! Send your idea to biz@twochop.com. If it fits with our games, we will get it on our platform and even pay you if our partners use it! In the meantime, check out our Developer Page. It is kinda thin for now, but what do you expect? We are in beta.
